City & Guilds ViewPoint is a panel of customers who have been selected to provide feedback on a variety of topics regarding our products and services, marketing and customer service. It has been created to foster a two-way dialogue with our customers.
By participating, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape the development of new service and products and to help us improve our current service delivery.
Panel members will be invited roughly once a month to log in and answer short, web-based surveys that are relevant to them. We will send out a regular newsletters to panel members to share research findings and to feedback on how the research has been used to influence our services and products.
From time to time we may also invite some members to take part in web based focus groups where opinions will be gathered in a more conversational forum.

After you submit your registration form we will send you a short survey to get to know you better, which will help us make sure we only send you the surveys that are relevant to you. Once this is completed we will send you an email to confirm your registration has been successful. In the email there will be a link that will take you directly to the My Surveys page where you can get started telling us what you think.

We may use the information we hold about you to:
- send you surveys to complete if you have registered to receive surveys.
- send you information about survey results, including what we have done with the survey results.
- send you updates about our site and the surveys.
We will use the feedback to improve our understanding of customer opinions of City & Guilds products and services. We want to know what we can do to offer superior value and improve our customer experience.
Examples of surveys we might run include testing new products or marketing concepts, or measuring how happy you are with our service.
No, all results will be reported anonymously and individual answers are kept confidential.
On average our surveys only take around 5-10 minutes to complete. All surveys are optional.
If you are having problems completing a survey, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
No, if you need to stop halfway through, you can exit and return at any point during the period in which the survey is running for, and then pick up where you left off.
If you have forgotten your password, it can be emailed to you via the "Forgotten your password?" link below the login area on the homepage.
To change your personal information you must login and go to the My Profile page. You will then have access to all the personal information that you provided, which you can modify at any time. By keeping your profile up to date you can be sure to receive surveys relevant to your interests. Remember to `Confirm changes' after modifying your details.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on the My Profile page on City & Guilds ViewPoint. There will also be a link to unsubscribe on each email you receive from us. Your account will then be closed and you will receive no more emails from us. Please note that it can sometimes take a few days for this to be processed.
